Biography

Salutations, I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Angela, and welcome to Affirmation Love. Discovering affirmations was a game-changer in my life. I cannot tell you where I first came across them, but I am grateful I did. There was a time in my life when my mental health was extremely dark. I didn’t think I’d make it out alive.

I used to suffer from anxiety, chronic stress, and low self-esteem. I would isolate myself, avoid social interactions, and have negative thoughts about myself. But then I started to use positive words like “I am calm and peaceful” and “I am worthy, loved, and supported.” I repeated them every time I felt anxious or sad and every time I faced a challenge or a problem.

Gradually, I noticed that I became more resilient and courageous to cope with my emotions. I also noticed that getting out in nature, repeating positive words, meditating, and listening to soothing sounds was good therapy for me. Mantras, guided meditation, and ambient sounds are all in my audio library. It has transformed my life. I am lighter, happier, and more appreciative of everyone and everything in my life. I finally feel alive and now have a true love for myself.

Today, I incorporate the practice of affirmations and meditation faithfully. I can honestly say I now feel rejuvenated and optimistic about life and the future. Gratitude! It is now my intention to serve others so they can claim their lives back in this beautiful and sometimes unforgiving world of ours. Now is the time to fully embrace my passion and follow what I believe is my purpose in life. I want to share my experience to help you transform your life.
